"What a joy it has been to pursue the desire of my heart in ministry along with my dear wife for the past twenty-eight years. Before joining the staff in 1994 at Yates-Thagard Baptist Church where we have been members for thirty-seven years, I was privileged to travel and preach as a layman for several years. While serving full time as Youth Pastor for twenty-three years and Assistant Pastor for the past five years, it has been my blessing to speak in youth camps, churches, men's camps; ladies’ retreats, college camp; career retreats, couples retreats along with many opportunities for biblical counseling and the responsibilities associated with local church ministry. Another blessing has been traveling and ministering across America with my brother Bruce in churches and special meetings. We have recorded several CD’s and published two books for children. What a blessing it is to know and serve our Lord!"
